2017-2018: Opened her sophomore season with a first place finish in the 50 Y Free (26.18) and second place finishes in the 100 Y Back (1:04.61) and the 50 Y Fly (29.95) against Franklin Pierce on November 4...posted a second place finish in the 1000 Y Free (11:34.73) against Simmons on November 11...posted two first place finishes in the 500 Y Free (5:7.29) and the 1000 Y Free (11:40.34) against Mount Holyoke on November 18...had a personal best in the 100 Y Free (55.86) and the 50 Y Back (27.95) at the MIT Invitational on December 3...had second place finishes in the 100 Y Back (1:00.97) and the 200 Y Back (2:09.08) at the Seven Sisters Championships on January 20...posted a fourth place finish in the 200 Y Back (2:08.68) at the NEWMAC Championships on February 22.

Before Wellesley: Attended Palo Alto High School (Paly)... graduated in 2016... captain of the Paly swim team during her junior and senior seasons... helped guide her team in the CIF State Swimming and Diving Championships of 2015 and 2016... set the record in this state meet in 2015 for her swim in the 200-yard freestyle relay... competed in the Junior National and National Championships of Sweden for Stockholmpolisens IF in 2016.
Personal: Proud daughter of triathletes Sharon and Tony Svensson... her mother has finished over 20 marathons, with sub-2:50 marathons to her credit and is a two-time age group winner, and a five-time finisher of the Ironman World Championship in Kona-Hawaii... her father has completed six consecutive Ironman races in Kona from 1983 to 1988 and as a member of the Sweden's National Triathlon Team, finished sixth in the 1986 Ironman Team World Championship in Kona... born in Palo Alto, California... dual citizen of Sweden... would like you to know that sloths (her favorite animal) are three times faster in water than on land, and can hold their breath for up to 40 minutes.
